Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires related administrative experience in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service and operations environment is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Knowledge of Sharepoint, MyTime, and SAP desired.
• Ability to learn and master other SDG&E customized systems required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and non-management
• Works under limited supervision and many times with a sense of urgency; must be a self-starter and resourceful
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication

Responsibilities:
• Performs administrative and other supporting duties for Gas Distribution leadership team.
• Responsible for event coordination, meeting scheduling, and supply inventory; maintains personnel files, timekeeping documentation, and purges files according to the Records Retention Guidelines.
• Welcomes, directs visitors, answers telephones, answers general questions and makes directed referrals as appropriate.
• Works under limited supervision and many times with a sense of urgency.
• Reviews company documents, reports, and work schedules for accuracy and completeness; checks calculations for accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with related company policies for all personnel
• Scans field as-built documents and attaches to SAP orders for further processing.
• Follows established safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
