Job Title: Admin Assistant - Senior
Duration: 09/08/2020-12/31/2020 (Contract -to- hire)
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Work address: Cincinnati, OH 45249

The purpose of this position is to process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into a specific database or computer application. Responsibilities may include the following: Keeping track of received data and source documents. Compiling, sorting, interpreting and verifying data to be entered. Contacting prepares of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. May review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquires regarding entered data.

Specific Duties:
1. Physical scanning of all incoming documentation arriving daily, by mail, email, fax and through internal departments into CPR Plus and other required locations / systems when required as deemed appropriate per our Document Management Process
2. Managing, Assigning, & Tracking scanned documents within CPR Plus and other required locations / systems as deemed appropriate per our Document Management Process
3. Data entry
4. Retrieval of document requests - regular audits - tracking of scanned / assigned documents
5. Managing scanned original documents by archiving and tracking via spreadsheets of batch locations within boxes and other tracking methods / spreadsheets
6. Backup support for Front Desk Admin
8. Other general document management duties & special projects as needed
9. Demonstrates a high degree of personal responsibility regarding accuracy and quality of work.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. One year of previous administrative support
2. Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
3. Organizational and time-management skills
4. Proficient in Data Entry and basic Outlook, MS Word and Excel

Dress Code: Business Casual, Jeans allowed but no holes, tears etc.
