Description
Education/Certification Required:
• 2+ year college degree and/or equivalent work Experience Required

Experience Required:
• 4+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Skills:
• Ability to support Engineering and Construction projects to comply with project needs
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Natural problem solver, attention to detail and active learner required
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and project management/organization skills required
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Contract experience and review is a plus

Demands:
• Moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy to light items.

• Normal work schedule is Mon-Fri depending on project requirements.
• Special project circumstances may require additional working efforts to meet deadlines and business requirements.
• Daily work hours will vary when on project sites, but typical normal business hours when in the office.
