Digital Channel Analyst 2
Duration 3+ months
Work Location: Horsham Pennsylvania 19044

The position will:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for three digital channels - Provider Portal, Patient Portal and Savings Program express enrollment site.
Document existing digital capabilities and processes, including usage by brand. Keep inventory current as new enhancements are added
Initiate enhancement opportunities to increase the customer experience and/or drive greater digital adoption, including technology /process opportunities within and outside healthcare.
Partner with PAS counterparts to understand their digital needs and /or proposed enhancements. Assess all enhancement, regardless of source, for viability and use across brands. Ensure all enhancements are driven by customer feedback, advance the customer experience, well vetted and align to digital standards.
Partner with PAS, IT and vendor partners to manage backlog list of enhancements and align to priorities/release plan. Participate in governance sessions on portal enhancements.
Perform user testing on new capabilities, as required, and provide insights for an intuitive, seamless experience.
Drive communication, as needed, with PAS Project managers, IT and vendor partners on existing/planned capabilities.
Analyze Google analytics for traffic/usage insights or other adhoc analysis to drive greater digital adoption. Compile GA data or other metrics to support dashboard reporting.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree (IT, Business, Operations or related fields) is required.
3 years of Digital experience is required, with experience in UX Design / customer solutions
3 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Strong Project management, process mapping, analytical and interpersonal skills are required
Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels is required
Understanding of system integrations, technologies and IT methodologies (e.g. Agile) are required
Experience managing projects and vendors effectively is required
Ability to communicate effectively with others, including managing conflict to drive standardization and adoption of required processes.
