The client requires a Business Analysis Consultant to augment the Libraries internal ECM project team. Reporting to the client’s Project Managers, the Consultant will perform the services outlined in this agreement. The ECM planning project is to identify requirements and plan the implementation of an ECM platform solution across the organization.

This project will roll out the ECM platform solution across Sno-Isle Libraries, which includes both electronic and paper documents. Each business department will need to be migrated from their existing file sharing options to the new ECM platform. The Business Analysis Consultant will assist in conducting high-level assessment of current business environment and support the planning of the implementation of an ECM platform.

Scope of Work
The ECM Business Analysis Consultant will be key in planning the implementation of each business area into the ECM platform solution. The Consultant will conduct high-level assessment of current business environment, gather high level business requirements, and build an inventory for ECM implementation for all business processes in all business areas. The Business Analysis Consultant will liaison with the Project Managers, internal business areas, IT and external vendors. The Consultant will be a key facilitator to bridge collaboration between the above teams and achieve consensus implementation priority and enterprise taxonomy.

• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Assist in developing an Information Governance framework
• Analyze gaps, impacts and risks.
• Build a rollout inventory for the migration of every business unit and their business processes
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Evaluate and recommend enterprise taxonomy definition
• Support roadmap planning

• Be curious and an avid follower of current and emerging technologies and able to use this knowledge to assist IT and the business to make the right decision on potential solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
