Position Title: Change Management Training Lead
Assignment Duration: Long term temporary position. Assignment can last from 1-2 years or longer.
Work Location: St. Louis, Mo. 63101

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced, collaborative Change Management Training Lead to work in the St. Louis office. This position will focus on change management including training and support models for large-scale transformational initiatives that will reimagine the future of Client. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to ensure the organization successfully transforms to the future state for business transformational initiatives. A successful candidate will form strong partnerships with various teams and roles across the organization.

Primary duties:
• Design and develop comprehensive change strategy and change management plans which may include: sponsor and stakeholder management, business readiness, communications, training, coaching, resistance management and adoption
• Create and manage the change structure, resources and coordination to ensure deliverables are in alignment with the program/project objectives
• Define and implement a comprehensive training strategy that covers both technology and process
• Design and develop comprehensive training plans based on the training strategy
• Design and conduct organizational change and readiness assessments and share results in a logical and easy to understand manner
• Analyze organizational ability and readiness to develop strategies and plans to support implementations
• Identify and design measures to track adoption, application and proficiency of changes
• Identify issues and performance gaps and develop corrective actions with leadership and Human Resources
• Identify, develop and advise on change sustainment plans and fundamentals that can reinforce permanent change adoption
• Coordinates the development of training content and partners with business owners to execute on the training
• Provides instruction and support to identified trainers to meet training objectives
• Assesses training effectiveness through measurable evaluations
• Manage multiple activities simultaneously in a complex work environment through exceptional organizational skills: detail-oriented and highly organized structured thinker
• Influence across all levels of an organization with exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills to build high involvement and engagement in the change and training plans
• Help to build organizational change capability – educate and mentor leadership, project teams and functional leaders on change management principles, tools and roles/responsibilities
• Effectively communicate in an organized and knowledgeable manner with leadership, project teams and functional leaders
• All other duties as assigned

Education and experience:
• Bachelor''s degree from an accredited University in Organizational Development or business-related field required; Master''s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum eight years of relevant change management, organizational development or business transformation experience required
• 6 years of experience of project leadership experience with the ability to lead and influence others across the organization required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant training experience in defining and developing strategy and plans for large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects or programs
• Experience with Agile development and project management techniques preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, including Project and SharePoint
• Experience with Enable Now tool preferred
• Experience with union labor workforce and Energy or Utility industry is preferred
• Three or more years of experience in facilitating and leading Lean Continuous Improvement efforts is valued
• Knowledge of ADDIE model is valued

Certificates, licenses, registrations:
• Prosci Change management certification or other recognized Change Management curriculum required
• Other accreditations, such as PMP, Agile, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) etc. are valued

Work environment:
• Work is normally performed in a shared, open-office environment
• Requires some work during nonstandard business hours
• Some travel required
