Title: Clerical/Data Entry Staff
Duration: 7/29/19 to 11/28/19
Hours: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
Work address: De Pere, WI 54115


Our client is a Fortune 500 leader in financial advising that has helped millions of clients - individuals, business and institutional - invest towards their financial goals and dreams.


Duties:

Performs data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.
Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations.
Strong attention to detail.
3-5 yrs. prior clerical/data entry experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for Sales, Client Service, and Underwriting departments
Contacting clients/vendors via telephone and email to obtain missing information
Monitoring e-mail boxes; forwarding and responding to written correspondence
Monitoring a phone queue of incoming calls
Completing requests for policy documents
Uploading and forwarding incoming policy documents
Miscellaneous administrative tasks that support policy business including but not limited to email, faxing, scanning, and uploading.
Corresponding with internal and external clients in verbal & written form using professional tone & demeanor.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work Monday – Friday 8:30 am-5:00pm.
Ability to type 50-60 WPM in addition to proficiency working in Windows/Microsoft environment;
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability to process information and react quickly/appropriately
Ability to effectively organize, manage time, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to work within a team and independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality
