• The Global Compensation Specialist is a key support role to the Global Rewards Operations team by providing support during Compensation Survey data and pay range analysis, benchmarking and job evaluation and the Annual Performance and Pay Review Process (system setup & testing, communications & training and in-cycle HR support).
• The ideal candidate is an organized team player with a customer-focused mindset, sound Excel skills, attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once to positively impact business objectives.

Essential Job Functions
• The Analyst, Global Total Rewards is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of core Compensation processes and providing analytical insight on compensation related topics to Compensation Consultants in various regions around the world
• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated indivivudal who can work well within a global virtual team, has a customer-focused mindset, sound analytic skills, attention to detail, and the aptitude to work well under tight deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions
• Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with offer requests that require compensation review
• Review position evaluation information and provide feedback to HR Business Partners on ways to enhance the submission to the evaluation team
• Create and Maintain Job Descriptions
• Review and update Job Reference Guides to ensure they reflect current compensation data
• Analyze data to ensure use of appropriate job codes and associated salary ranges; and recommend changes where needed
• Create and submit compensation-related payroll files
• Conduct data audits and present findings and recommendations
• Respond to questions and requests in a timely and customer-focused manner
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory bodies and internal Client policies and guidelines

Role Specifc Duties
• Work with global team members to execute day-to-day compensation activities
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Rewards Operations within the assigned region
• Provide input on regionally relevant regulatory environment, business landscape and cultural needs
• Contribute to creation and implementation of process changes and improvements to accommodate regional needs

• Standard Minimimum Requirements

• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Compensation experience in a global company
• Aptitude to learn quickly and identify and utilize appropriate information resources
• Successful track record delivering high quality, accurate and timely work
• Intermediate expertise with MS Excel
• Proficiency with MS Access, Sharepoint and/or One Drive preferred

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English; other languages preferred

• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience
