Billing Compliance: Audits contract invoices to ensure billing amounts are consistent with terms and conditions of the contract. Resolves contract-related issues concerning invoicing. Monitors invoice charges by line item in Ariba to ensure correct assignment. Work with Project Managers, Field Engineers, Contract Field Operation Supervisor, and Contractors to ensure all parties adhere to contract requirements and specifications. Perform goods receipts and KB61s or oversees clerical staff in posting goods receipt and KB61 procedure. Leads and drives toward reduced payment cycle time, reduced missed early payment discounts and drives down total blocked invoices. Manage contractor relationships to continually improve contractor invoicing. May participate on team projects or process improvement initiatives. Recommend methods, approaches and tactics to resolve problems and obtain solutions. Assist with QA/QC for invoicing purposes.
• Financials: On a monthly basis work directly with Project Managers, Field Engineers, Contract Field Operation Supervisor, Contractors and Business Finance in preparation of monthly reporting of accruals and or forecasting. Ensures Sox Compliance by accurately recording costs in the month the work was performed. Oversees accruals for work that has been performed but the invoice has not been received from the contractor by using the following methods: Journal entry (JE), estimated goods receipt (EGR), or held goods receipt (HGR).
• Change Orders Management: Assists in the review and validation of Change Order Requests from contractors and hand off to the Contract Specialist team for processing. Contract Administrator responsible for process service catalog requests as requested by Project Managers, Field Engineers, and or Contract Field operation Supervisor.
• Contract Administration: Develops contract documents for technical and construction services with a focus on compliance with contract terms and conditions and corporate contract standard practices, policies, and procedures. Prepares Ariba Purchase Requisitions for CWA and Contract Change Order CWA and works closely with Sourcing Specialist in contract execution. Receives and reviews contract invoices and coordinates authorization for payment. Maintains and updates Contract Checkbook for responsible region to ensure budget compliance. Assists Contract Field Operation Supervisors and Field Engineers reporting and tracking of contract savings.
• Contract Closeout: Working with Contract Field Operation Supervisors and Field Engineers and Sourcing to verify contractual obligations have been successfully met and payment of the final invoice been issued prior to closing the contract in Ariba.

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of construction contract negotiations and administration experience
Understanding of construction terminology
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Demonstrated experience using databases
Basic office management skills
Strong time management skills
Strong oral communication skills
Bachelor''s degree in construction management or business administration or equivalent
