Location: Culver City, CA

We are looking for a world-class Technologist for our Services Marketing team. This is a role for the tech lead, communicator, and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end integrated creative tech solutions that resonate in culture; and who can collaborate well with internal and external partners. This position will work closely with the digital strategists, creative directors, copywriters, art directors and producers to ideate, develop and produce digital campaigns for the client services across our digital advertising tech- stack.

You are passionate about digital marketing through innovation and unconventional thinking. You have an incredible eye for detail and a blend of creative and tech-focused skills. As a tech lead on all services marketing initiatives, you will work closely with the media and cross-functional teams to bring our creative to life across banner ads, landing pages, and more. You will be challenged daily to collaborate, think big, and create solutions that deliver on strategic brand objectives while pushing the boundaries of creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as an internal expert on Dynamic Creative Optimization, working with vendor teams and internal engineering teams to fortify and grow our DCO offering.
• Collaborate with design team and stakeholders to conceive and implement planning and roadmaps.
• Provide input and ideation for new creative formats that scale across our current programmatic stack.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of creative development; including ideation, design, development, implementation and validation
• Advance design thinking through your knowledge of platform capabilities and limitations as you support your design team and work with partner engineering teams
• Work quickly with minimal provided documentation and technical support
• Develop and maintain internal documentation
• Act as an internal technical point of consultation for queries around ad serving, ad ops, and other technical issues.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience as a creative technologist role, preferably within a client-side design team
• Deep understanding and fluent usage across a broad spectrum of technologies including: HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, XML, JSON, web and server programming and Responsive/ Adaptive design
• Comfortable working with and extracting production ready assets from design files (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with web animation frameworks/authoring tools
• Ad Tech Exposure

Preferred Qualifications
• Passion for building new products in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong interest and proficiency in visual design.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical partners
• Programming experience on iOS platforms
• Ad platform experience including Sizmek, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ad Studio, The Trade Desk, and DV360
