JOB TITLE: Sr. Customer Service Rep

Specific Duties:
• Process demographic updates to the consumer accounts
• Process tax and statement reprints requests
• Process additional debit card requests
• Research and resolve moderate to complex customer issues
• Research and resolve duplicate accounts
• Seek out process improvements and write procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-pace environment while dealing with sensitive information

Must have qualifications/experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Bank and/or Financial experience
• Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient with data entry; keyboarding and ten-key by touch

What are the hours? ( Training hours?) - 16 hours of training, 8 AM to 5 PM M-F, with some weekends of Over time per business need
