Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Open Enrollment)
Duration: 4 Months - First Class Starts August 3rd 2020
Location: Norwood, MA 02062 ( – Position will start remote until after COVID - Will be required to come onsite to pick up equipment!
Pay Rate: $17.25 /hr

Job Description:
This position is for an entry-level support staff in Customer Service, who works on routine tasks under moderate supervision. He or she provides basic support to clients by responding to customer inquiries and answering, documenting, and monitoring call center interactions.

To fulfill this role, the Customer Service Representative will:
• Answer incoming calls that do not require an insurance license such as enrollment system access inquiries, status of dependent verification submissions, maintenance of dependent information and completing privacy and disclosures prior to transferring to a licensed benefit counselor.
• Handle inquiries by communicating in a clear, concise and confident manner in order to provide an excellent customer services experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Enters all information related to the call for reporting purposes.
• Works with internal business partners to achieve business unit results..
• Refers all inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary.
• Ensure that all transactions are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, display reliability and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.
• Completes outbound calls to provide status or follow-up on issue resolution as required.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• 1 - 2 years previous call center experience
• Proficient in working with web based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability navigate multiple systems without assistance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
