Update training content that may violate Community Standards. A full list can be viewed on the Client Community Standards page at Client
Continuously update Implementation Standards training material Utilize instructional design software to update training content daily Work with instructional designers to update training material across multiple documents Maintain training related content catalogs Organize incoming content policy questions, feedback and suggestions Compile site-specific training curricula Document content update workflows Monitor policy updates for high priority line items Help generate risk and compliance reports from Cornerstone On Demand Coordinate training audit cycles Review, edit, and enhance existing internal documentation around curriculum management Assist curriculum management team with complex projects as needed

Instructional design experience required Advanced data entry Experience working with online and instructor-led training solutions Experience editing and proofing policy content eLearning authoring tools; Articulate Rise and Storyline, Camtasia, SCORM Software skills; HTML5, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
Experience with Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS Learning Content Management System (LCMS) experience Strong Interpersonal communication skills Experience with policy-related training material

Bachelor''s degree in Instructional Design or related field
6+ years of experience in curriculum design or educational content
6+ development
