Title: Command Center Agent Level 2
Location: Richardson, TX 75082
Duration: 8/24/20 - 11/30/20
Week one 8/24 - 9/3 will be On Job Training
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shifts may vary - 8 hrs/day - 40 hrs/week. Days and hours of coverage vary per project, but are mostly Monday - Friday with coverage between 5am - 9pm (CST).

Client will conduct a technical evaluation for candidates submitted

Required Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
• IT Certification or 3-5 years IT experience necessary
• Proficiency and good command of English
• Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package/Excel)
• Interpersonal skills crucial for working in a customer service centre such as: excellent communication skills, readiness to work flexible hours, customer orientation, teamwork, sense of urgency, optimism and enthusiasm
