Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Will begin as a remote position, but could be asked to work onsite in future.

Day to Day Responsibilities/Workload
• Recent events elevated scrutiny / regulatory pressure have resulted in the rapid expansion of management.
• This position will analyze historical data and projections of future activity to understand levels of inventory across all districts.
• Create schedules that dictate assessment timeframes for all programs in each district.
• Work with the Scheduling & Resource Balancing Manager to get an in-depth understanding of the prioritization of each program based on risk, commitments, and other factors.
• Continuously monitor progress and update current year schedule based on new data received.
• Identify gaps between master schedule forecasts and actual program progress and ensure program stays on track to meet annual goals.

Required Skills/Attributes
• Building on the existing planning organization and complementing it with some of the compliance functions, management has been building a new planning & compliance organization that will translate regulations, policies, and corporate objectives into goals and clear actions for management operations and will ensure completion of such objectives.
• This position will support long term planning within the Planning & Compliance organization.
• This position will provide regulatory and strategic support across all of SCE programs.

o Pick up telework equipment at local facility
o May work on a rotational schedule between home and at their designated work location
o Attend training remotely and may be asked to attend training in person at their designated work location, if needed
o In the event that it is determined that candidates can return to work locations full time, candidates must be prepared to work at their designated work location
