Day to Day Responsibilities/Workload
Needs a Contingent Worker to assist with scrubbing data within our internally developed Access database until our new database is implemented.
The team currently uses our Access database to support our Contract Managers (CMs) with managing their portfolio of over 3200 contracts.
CMs use the database to assist them with tracking the contract lifecycle, including contract deadlines, regulatory milestones, compliance reporting, and data requests.

The new Associate Specialist Contingent Worker will work on the database data cleanup. This is a high priority project.
The data cleanup must be completed before we can move data to the new tool.
For records missing data, the Associate Specialist Contingent Worker will locate contracts, manually find the missing data, and enter that data into the database.

The work will include:
• Research, data conversion, and on-going maintenance of contract data within in the database.
• Collaborate with users and other stakeholders on data requirements/management .
• Document issues, assist with or create job aides, user guides, and all types of documentation to support our business needs.
• Resolving any data issues to enhance productivity.
• Troubleshooting data issues and proactively identify problems based on data analysis of inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Produce ad-hoc reports/metrics for management and users and respond to data requests promptly.
