This position is responsible for performing reviews and scheduling of transmission system element outages including entering requested outages into the Transmission Outage Application System (TOA) and other tasks as assigned. This position is also responsible for coordinating transmission outage work in NH among Transmission Projects and Maintenance groups. Uses and maintains TOA Outage applications, spreadsheets and acts as liaison between Control Center and Project team. Requests outage time periods and negotiates conflicts for Project Managers and Construction Representatives. Provides input to Project schedules and execution dates.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Knowledge/Skill: Requires a knowledge of utility Transmission power systems, design, operations, maintenance and construction; technical understanding of the proper isolation of systems and components required for work to be performed; and knowledge of safety standards. Requires the ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel)

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline plus five (5) years of experience in Dispatch, Transmission, Distribution, Generation and/or Field Service design and/or installation, servicing customers, supervising employees and change management to improve service/performance; OR Associate''s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline plus seven (7) years of experience in Dispatch, Transmission, Distribution, Generation and/or Field Service design and/or installation, servicing customers, supervising employees and change management to improve service/performance;
