Job title: Vendor Participant Recruiter
This role is based in the US - Open to any US location
Duration: Targeting Contract to Hire: 6 months

Who You Are:
Client is looking for a Recruiter /Tools Manager to join the Participant Management team. You’re a recruiter with strong analytical skills and can manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously. You have excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment where attention to detail is very important. You are passionate about research participant management!

What You’ll Do:

Participant Management
? Partner with research team to understand requirements for recruiting with vendors for our research studies
? Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve in a timely manner.
? Provide clear communication to cross-functional teams regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
? Work collaboratively with internal participant management team and continually look for ways to optimize the recruiting process
? Perform Recruiting Retro''s after each study

Vendor Management
? Source, develop and optimize innovative tools that enable research activities that help Researchers to their best work
? Work in partnership with external vendors as well as our internal security and compliance team for vendor onboarding
? Manage and track vendor and tool relationships, making sure that contracts meet organizational procurement, legal and security & privacy requirements.
? Own vendor relationship management program that helps scale our research capabilities and drive customer-centric change across our platform

Tools Management
? Keep an eye on new UX tools on the market while also developing and updating documentation, standard operating procedures for users and admins.
? Create and help build out the training for all the tools
? Conduct regular assessments of tool capabilities
? Track upcoming subscription renewals

? 4+ years of prior experience in research participant recruiting, vendor management, tools management within the tech industry
? Extreme attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts
? Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities and proactively solve problems
? Knowledge of Eloqua, FocusVision/Decipher and JIRA are a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Excellent organizational skills and experience with Google Suite
? Experience working with high level stakeholders
? Flexible to work across different time-zones as needed
