Job Title: Junior Help Desk Representative
Location: Chesterfield, MO 63017
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday (Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required)
Position Structure: Temp-to-Hire

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting internal users with both software and hardware issues.
• Use in-house trouble ticketing system to track issues.
• Perform desk-side support, upgrades and updates on desktops and laptops (Windows and Mac).
• Configure new PC's, printers, and phones for users.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Ability to pack and ship PC equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to crawl, bend, and squat under desks to hook up and configure PCs and equipment as needed.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with TCP/IP, Active Directory, and basic networking skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• A+ Certification – preferred.
