The purpose of this position is to perform clerical functions that may include any of the following. The accurate maintenance and storage of records, copying of specified documents, support of special projects such as preparing mass mailings or storage clean-up, receive and distribute mail, other clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications include knowledge of English for reading and writing, generally equivalent to high school diploma or equivalent education and experience, ability to operate a copier and calculator, some computer training a plus but not required. The Lead position is a team leader role that will be directed by a Supervisor. The candidate would be expected to direct day to day activities of the team with minimal input from the Supervisor. Typically a lead position would benefit from those with previous experience or an education consisting of some college or a college degree. Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more is a plus. People skills are a must for this position. An ability to consistently lift 25 lbs and an occasional lift of 65lbs is also required.

What software skills are needed? Basic Microsoft Office Computer skills.

Job Description
Position is responsible for order entry, inventory/stock verifications and management along with other administrative duties. Responsible for ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Generate daily work orders and distribute to Team members.
• Accurately fulfill all orders as indicated on work order.
• Create daily shipment tracking file from UPS WorldShip.
• Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound Shipments.
• Assist with Inventory put away within the warehouse.
• Assisting in counting of physical inventory as required/needed.
Job Requirements
• GED of High School Diploma.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both with written and verbal correspondence.
• Great Attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office Computer skills.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
