Leading technology healthcare company is seeking a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team!

Job Title: Customer Advocate (Bilingual)
This will be remote work**
Contract Position:
Start Date: 08/24/2020
Estimated End Date: 11/20/2020
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Hours of operation will be 7 days a week. Weekdays will be 08:00ET to 08:00 PM ET. Different shifts will apply. Weekends will be 08:00AM ET to 6:00PM ET.

Overview: Customer Advocate. The Customer Advocate will deliver technical support for our software applications to health care providers and members of our health care plans. As a Customer Advocate, you will strive to deliver outstanding customer service through your technical and professional aptitude.

Skills: Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide primary technical support for users of company software applications; Investigate and resolve technical issues related to company software applications, third party used applications and the end user;
Communicates professionally with client organization patients, providers and caregivers to obtain or provide clinical and/or programmatic information;
Triage inbound calls and direct to appropriate team members;
Collect clinical information and simultaneously document data into a computer-based program;
Appropriately document all relevant information regarding patients and providers while abiding by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements;

1+ years of experience in a technical support environment;
2+ years of consumer sales or customer service call center experience
Proficient in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.) and Outlook
Bilingual is needed** This includes Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese

BS degree in computer sciences, software design, information systems, or equivalent experience in the field;
