Job Title : Client Analyst Role
Location : Corporate Campus

Duration :3 + Months
Pay rate :$22/hr on w2
Job Descriptions
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Support team of skilled Client admins in day-to-day PC operations, including LifeCycle Management activities.
• Provide technical support for clients, including OS and network-related issues.
• Assist Client Architecture team in implementing various new features related to M365.
• Migration of on-premise data to OneDrive.
• Support software deployment processes, including reporting and remediation for key projects.
• Assist in quality control of Software Packaging admins.
• Assist in day-to-day admin of Microsoft Defender.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to established processes, procedures and guidelines
• Recommend improved procedures
• Inform and educate clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Document actions and solutions performed with client.
Responsibilities /Qualifiers
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, and Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to Desktop Applications, Operating System issues, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Active Directory.
• Experience administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Knowledge of M365 day-to-day administration and core features.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be process oriented; able to multitask; have excellent verbal communication skills; ability to work with minimal direction.
