Job Title: Compliance Training & Communication
Duration: 6 Months

Our client is a Fortune 500, recognized leader in the retail industry.

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the Business Process Consultant to support Compliance Training & Communication development/rollout initiatives (e.g., facilitate training development, create and execute communication campaign, audit training catalog, define processes, research requirements, benchmark)
• Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional project teams of 10-15 people
• Define and articulate project scope and business requirements based on client-provided strategy and objectives
• Influence program leaders regarding learning plans and communications strategies
• Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions with project teams and stakeholders
• Analyze data to make decisions and guide strategies
• Identify, research, analyze and manage risks within projects/systems/resource changes and formulate solutions/contingency plans partnering with Manager when necessary
• Communicate expectations and share information

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Effectively interact and transact business with vendor/client partners
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects deliver on-time, accurately and with the desired quality of product
• 3-5 years Project/Process Management experience
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with strong personalities
• Strong leadership skills including interpersonal communications
• Conflict management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
