Job Description:
Job description: Designs and develops corporate training utilizing Articulate 360. Must have specific experience using Rise to create the training content. Will be involved in the design and development of new training programs to be used in a Call Center environment. Requires a bachelor''s degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. If possible please include a work sample that illustrates your competency of the required software.
